John Henderson, Executive Director:
One of the top multi-sport athletes in Hawaii and has a BA in Biochemistry. With experience in molecular medical research, a former U.S. Coast Guard Dive Officer, personal trainer, SCUBA instructor, cycling coach, surgical plating distributor, and pharmaceutical specialty sales representative. John has extensive leadership and management training and experience as well as sales and marketing.


Raul "Boca" Torres de Sa, Co-Executive Director:
Owns and operates BOCA Hawaii, the state's most successful multi-sport training and racing agency and has a BA in Business from Hawaii Pacific University. Raul is a race director, coach, adventure racer, 10 time IRONMAN Hawaii finisher (Best Ironman Finish: 9:19), and a Tinman age group record holder. Raul has successfully accomplished his goal of creating a support system for athletes wanting to improve themselves, no matter what their ability level or goals may be. Raul, one of Hawaii's top athletes and coaches, and is a Brazilian with a zest for life.


Hina Torres de Sa, Facilitator:
a.k.a Mrs. Boca, administrative director. 2001 Super Mom to Boca Boys. Na Wahine Sprint Tri, 3rd. in Age group 2000. Brazil Ironman, 3rd. in age group 1998. Tinman Triathlon age group winner 1998. PowerMan Hawaii age group winner 1998. Mid Pacific 30/30, 1st. in age group 1996. Hina has extensive event planning and management experience.


Jimmy Davis, Facilitator:
One of the State's top multi-sport athletes and among the leaders in the amateur field at the XTERRA World Championship Triathlon. Formerly a US Army Logistics Officer, he is now completing his MBA at the University of Hawaii. Jimmy's positive attitude and teaching ability is contagious.


Jessica Rocho, Facilitator:
BA in Marketing, Operations Management, and Logistics Engineering from Central Michigan and is a division I college athlete with 8 years coaching experience. She is currently a Home Mortgage Consultant for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.


Kara Siock, Facilitator:
B.S. Communication Disorders, and Masters in Speech Pathology, currently working for the state of Hawaii as a speech pathologist. Kara is an adventure athlete with experience in surfing, kayaking, diving, running, biking, navigation, ropes and team building games. She also has extensive adventure counseling experience.


Keza Rose, Facilitator:
BA in Early Childhood Development, currently a preschool teacher teaching physical development, e.g. gross motor skills. Keza has experience with adventure based activities and is an excellent motivator.


John Rose, Facilitator:
A serviceman in the U.S. Marine Corps and is the Administration Chief for Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24. A part-time student with Hawaii Pacific University, Majoring in Business Management. Rose has 3 years experience as an armed security guard for the U.S. Department of State. He is also a ropes and rock climbing instructor for Climb Aloha. Rose holds current Wilderness First Aid, CPR certification, Fire Prevention certifications, and pepper spray and PR-24 Monadock baton certifications. He is M-16 and 9mm qualified.


Shelley Dunbar, Facilitator
: B.S. Speech and Hearing, Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology with teacher certification for the speech and hearing handicapped.  Currently working for the state of Hawaii as a speech language pathology. She has worked as an ice rink/skate guard and playground supervisor for the Town of Tonawanda Parks and Recreation Dept., coached ice hockey and tennis, and been a camp counselor for 3 years.  5 time winner of the New York State girl's/women's ice hockey tournament and National tournament runner up.


Kalei Waiwaiole, MC
: The voice of Adventure Race Hawaii. Kalei has been speaking for various multi-sport events and adventure based activities for the past 7 years. She speaks at the Mountain Man off road triathlon series, as well as the Lanikai Triathlon. She has is a tri-athlete, spin instructor, and has been the program director for the Honolulu Club. Kalei specializes in motivational speaking and gets the crowd roaring.
