MULTI-DAY EXPEDITION

DESCRIPTION: This will be an introduction to multi day and expedition style racing, covering a number of different topics such as:

• Night time equipment and safety.
• Nutrition.
• Basic survival.
• Sleep deprivation and concentrating under fatigue.
• Group dynamics.
• Team communication and problem solving.
• Participants will be separated into teams and will be required to operate as a cohesive unit.
• Camping at Mokuleaia.
• All food and water will be provided, 6 square meals over 2 days.
• Get ready for the ADVENTURE OF YOUR LIFE!
