THIS EVENT IS THE FIRST OF ITS KIND SHOW CASING HONOLULU’S
URBAN AND BUSINESS ENVIRONMANT. YOU’LL PUT YOUR BUSINESS’S
EMPLOYEES UP AGAINST THE BEST HAWAII HAS TO OFFER AND TEST THEIR
TEAM SKILLS IN LEADERSHIP, TRUST, COMMUNICATION, DECISION MAKING,
MANAGEMENT, TEAM AND SELF CONFIDENCE, PROBLEM SOLVING AND GROUP
WORK!
PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE CHILDREN’S ALLIANCE of HAWAII, INC.
(CAH). CAH is a 501 © (3) private non-profit organization incorporated
in 1987 under the name of the Friends of the Children’s Advocacy
Center, Inc. CAH provides assistance to physically and sexually
abused children/adolescents through its programs. All program activities
serve children on the island of Oahu and reflect the mission of
CAH to: Help children and adolescents heal from maltreatment, mitigate
the cycle of abuse, and support the treatment of other symptoms
and issues that spring from abuse with the family. To find out more

AWARDS AND PRIZES: Awards will be given to the top 3 teams over
all. The awards will be in the form of a large corporate challenge
cup with placards for your company’s team name. All team members
will receive an event jersey and competitor medal. There will be
an awards ceremony with music, food and lots of prizes following
the event on April 28th. Come join the fun, and show case your teams
ability to work together!
TEAM PREPARATION: No advanced preparation is needed to compete
in this event. The activities often require individuals to leave
their comfort zone and experience something new. It’s these
experiences that they bring back to the workplace resulting in a
more efficient better prepared individual. Although all activities
are “Challenge-by-Choice”, meaning that no one is pressured
to participate, all are encouraged to do so.
