Friday, August 19th

2pm-6pm – Packet Pick Up. Open to all teams. All teams will be required to show ropes and water certifications, sign vaious waivers, USARA License and complete a gear check as per the mandatory equipment list. Kayaks will be checked in race morning and will be in a separate location (620472 2379087). This process can take from 45min to 1.5 hours so plan accordingly.

No certifications will be offered on race day so check out the clinics page for further information.

Sat, August 20th RACE DAY

6 am - Registration opens teams that have all certifications only. All teams will be required to show ropes and water certifications, sign vaious waivers, USARA License and complete a gear check as per the mandatory equipment list. Kayaks will be checked in race morning and will be in a separate location (620472 2379087), bikes will be staged in the starting area. This process can take from 45min to 1.5 hours so plan accordingly. Again plan accordingly, you don't want to have little time to plot your coordinates.

WE ONLY ACCEPT CHECK OR CASH SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY IF YOU NEED TO PAY BALANCES.

6 am - 8am - Kayak Transition opens. Kayaks and OC1's must be dropped off at the kayak transition the morning of the race, this will be the only time the trainsition area will be open. If you have reserved a kayak from Two Good Kayak's your kayak will be dropped off for you and numbered. Coordinates for the Kayak transition are as follows (620472 2379087). You will also recieve instructions from a volunteer at the Kualoa Ranch/Fish Pond Gate on where to go.

7 am - Passports and Maps will be given to ALL teams.

8 am - Mandatory Race Meeting. (seriously mandatory)

9 am - Race Starts

1 pm - Kayak Course Closes.

4 pm - Race Course Closes

4:30pm - Awards
